Subscriptions & billing

How do I cancel my Vitality Premium subscription?

Vitality Premium is billed through Apple, so cancellation happens in iOS Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Vitality
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Your Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the paywall inside Vitality and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

I was charged but I don’t have Premium features. What now?

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall — this resolves it in 99% of cases. If that doesn’t work, force-quit Vitality and reopen it. Still stuck? Use the contact form above.

Can I get a refund?

All Vitality purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Vitality charge, and tap Report a Problem.

Does Vitality offer a free trial?

Yes — new subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Premium. You won’t be charged until the trial ends and can cancel at any time to avoid any charge.

The app itself

Vitality isn’t reading my Apple Health data.

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Vitality and ensure the categories you want shared are toggled on. Toggle them off and back on to re-grant permission, then force-quit and reopen the app.

The AI coach gave me strange or unhelpful advice.

Privacy & data

Is my health data sold or shared with advertisers?

Never. Apple HealthKit data is used only to power features inside Vitality. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than serving you.

Request account deletion

Use the contact form above with the topic set to Account deletion request, or email [email protected] directly. Include the email or Sign in with Apple identifier associated with your account.

What deletion removes: your profile, logged data, meal photos, wellness goals, and AI conversation history. We will complete deletion within 30 days and email you confirmation. Deletion is permanent.
